Here is my go-to sauteed chicken recipe. I like to use chicken tenders because they cook evenly making this a quick recipe with juicy results!
Ingredients
- Chicken tenders
- Oil (I prefer evoo)
- Seasoning: salt, pepper and paprika
Instructions
1. Season both sides of chicken tenders with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Heat large pan with oil and saute chicken on both sides around 5 minutes each.
3. Remove chicken from pan and let sit at least 5 minutes before serving or dicing chicken.
